First Visit
Our goal at your initial appointment is to learn all about you and why you've reached out to us.
Our front desk staff will greet you when you arrive and ask you to fill in some paperwork, providing us with some information about your symptoms and general health history.
One of our chiropractors will then take a thorough history and examination to further understand your condition and spinal health.
Sometimes further diagnostic imaging may be required, which your Chiropractor will discuss if this is clinically relevant to you.
Treatment usually begins on the first visit as long as it is safe to do so.
Second Visit
At your second visit we will complete a report of findings with you, which gathers all the information we have learned about you, including reviewing any imaging you might have had done.
Using this information, your chiropractor will discuss an appropriate treatment plan based on your specific presentation.
This often includes short term goals, such as reducing pain, but also long term goals such as restoring joint function, getting you back to activities of daily living or returning to sport.
Ongoing Visits
Your chiropractor will then continue treatment with you according to your treatment plan and may start to add some exercises or stretches for you to do at home.
At any point you can discuss your treatment plan with your chiropractor and ask any questions you may have.

Finding our Clinic
Our Clinic is conveniently located on Jetty Road in Brighton.
There is plenty of street parking located at the clinic.
We share our building with many other professional businesses. There are two waiting rooms in the building.
Our waiting room is the smaller one, with our street signage clearly indicating which one to enter into.
There is no reception staff inside the waiting room. Please take a seat, relax and your Chiropractor will be with you shortly.
